Abstract
The students in the secondary vocational school show great difference in terms of their basis and uneven level of learning,therefore their learning should be individualized i.e.hierarchical teaching which is supposed to face all the students,recognize the students' diversity.The school should adopt the teaching model of a unified,hierarchical and non-credit courses,try layering progressive and asynchronous teaching.
