Abstract
In this paper,the factors which can influence the dispersion stability of Al_2O_3-nanosuspension in- eluding pH value,the kinds and concentration of dispersants are mainly discussed.The experimental results show that: with adding SDBS and GA dispersants,the absolute value of zeta-potential is the biggest at pH≈8,while with adding CTAB dispersant,the absolute value of zeta-potential is the biggest at pH=2~3.It's also found that SDBS is the best dispersant fiting for Al_2O_3-nanosuspension,which can make Al_2O_3-nanosuspension keep the highest zeta-potential and smallest particle size at ph≈8.Based on this result,the effect of the concentration of SDBS on the Al_2O_3-nanosuspen- sion is studied,and it's found that when the concentration of SDBS is about 0.055%,the Al_2O_3-nanosuspension is more stable than that in other concentration cases.
