Abstract
Objective To analyze the situation and influent factors of blood pressure control in hypertension patients with standardized management in Huai'an city. Methods In community, hypertension patients above 18 were screened out and managed by the trained physician according to the uniform protocol since October 2006,and the number of the patients reached to 17 559 till April 2009.7 886 hypertension patients were enrolled in this study and studied with self-control method. Results The average reading of systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) was(155.99±16.00)and(94.57±9.63)mmHg before management and was(138.08 ±12.15)and(84.81 ±7.66)after management, significant differences respectively existed between the former and the later(all P0.01).After standardized management in community, the average blood pressure control rate was 43.84% in hypertension patients, and 43.41% in men and 44.26% in women(P0.05).Hypertension control rate was probably related with age(OR=1.070,95%CI:1.023~1.120),overweight(1.156,1.047~1.276),obese(1.342,1.155~1.560),level of blood pressure(1.366,1.281~1.456),smoking(3.446,1.093~10.868),salt intake(7.188,3.472~14.885),and TG(9.631,4.161~ 22.289).Conclusion Standardized management of hypertension is helpful on the blood pressure control in patients with hypertension. The comprehensive control of hypertension should be taken against dangerous factors related to hypertension patients.
