Abstract
In this paper,the author holds,analyzing from the viewpoint of theoretic logic,that political system reform is neither a political revolution nor a political improvement.Correctly recognizing the “reforming”nature of the political system reform is methodologicaly significant to both the enhance of the orderliness and controllability of the political system reform and to the increase of the consciousness and initiative of the political system reform in China.
