An Implicit HIV-related Stigma Research with IAT

Abstract

Objective: This study aimed to find out the implicit HIV-related stigma in college students.Mothods: 120 college students were randomly sampled and asked to finish the study task.The implicit HIV-related stigma in the college students was explored through the Implicit Association Test(IAT).Results: ①The implicit HIV-related stigma did exist in college students;②There is no significant difference in gender of the implicit HIV-related stigma;③There is significant difference in major and grade of the implicit HIV-related stigma.Conclusion: College students have the implicit HIV-related stigma towards the AIDS patients.
