Abstract
This paper discusses the algorithm ID3 and C4.5 algorithm based on decision tree in data mining.The advantages and disadvantages of the two algorithms are illustrated.An example analysis of the ID3 algorithm and C4.5 algorithm implementation process is made,which demonstrates the advantages of C4.5 algorithm.
