An Analysis on the Path for Grass-root Party Organizations to Improve the Party-Mass Relation under the New Situation

To play the bridge and tie roles of grass-root Party organizations in educating,contacting and serving the mass under the new situation,we need to,first,base upon the enhancement of their abilities to serve the mass,and improve the resource integration ability of grass-root Party organizations; second,establish and perfect the mechanisms for keeping the close contact with the mass to ensure the routine implementation of the Party's mass work; third,innovate in the patterns and methods of mass work to improve the adaptability of the Party's mass work; and fourth,boost the development of grass-root democracy and establish and perfect the mass supervision mechanism for power running.
