On Reform of Cultivation Mode of Undergraduates of Tourism Administration

Talent cultivating mode has rich and complex content.Talent cultivating mode involves mainly the goal and measures of talent cultivation.The goal of cultivating application-oriented personnel is to make tourist management majors become professional executives.By learning from Britain and Germany,adopting the sandwichteaching mode and integrating practice and theory teaching,we use simulated working environment to cultivate students′ practical ability in specialized course teaching,which creates the social communication and profession situations with interaction between teaching and learning.
