Building a Harmonious Campus in Technical Institutes on the Base of Psychological Harmony

This article has a discussion on the related issues between psychological harmony and a harmonious campus in technical institutes and the ways of promoting psychological harmony among teachers and students.It proposes that psychological harmony is the foundation for building a harmonious campus,and the goal for building a harmonious campus is to achieve a higher level of psychological harmony.In order to construct this kind of harmonious campus,it is necessary to set up an education concept of Putting People First by way of taking care of teachers and students' psychological health.
