The three agriculture - related issues is long-standing. It has caused extensive concern of the society in the last few years. This paper regards the theory of production mode of Marxism as the analysis frame. It studies the important influence to the agricultural economy . At the same time; it proves that the Rural cooperative organization is a kind of new productive organization following the family-contact responsibility system. It opens up a realistic way to advance agricultural industrialization and unravel the three agriculture-related issues.
