Gender Analysis on Domestic Marriage and Family Legislation

Abstract
Marriage and family legislations manifest unique idea during different times since the founding of new China. With the view of gender,the Marriage Law in 1950 reflects obvious trace of gender constructing,it's our model of gender equality legislation; the Marriage Law in 1980 tends to gender-neutral on legislative tactics; and the Amendment to Marriage Law in 2001 introduces the principal value of civil law,endowing a kind of new method to realize gender equality.
