The research about food safety traceability system based on the technology of RFID

Food safety is a problem widely concentrated in all country of the world.So,the system of food safety traceability is studied and applied in the whole world.Along with our country foreign trade development and the domestic consumption level unceasing enhancement,food safety also becomes a question which all levels of governments,the production and the consumers all extremely care about.Therefore,food safety traceability system is day by day urgent in research and the application of our country food and the material production. The research and the application of RFID technology have provided the technology base for food safety traceability system construction;according to the characteristic of RFID technology,combined with all the factors in food production,processing,preservation,transportation,sales and so on.This article has analyzed our country food safety traceability system research strategy,the general characteristic key technologies and the standard research,the implementation plan,the information resource construction method,the scope and the method of the information collects and so on,and has pointed out this technical application superiority and some existing deficiency at present.
