Abstract
The effects of carbendazim on respiration of soil microb were determined with the direct absorption method( closeness method). The results showed the amount of carbon dioxide respiration of the soil with added carbendazim was lower than that of the soil without added carbendazim in 4 days of culture and the amount of carbon dioxide respiration of the soil were increased on all treatments after 4 days. The change of the amount of carbon dioxide respiration of the soil accorded with Logistic curve.
