Abstract
This paper analyses the management and operating mechanism of security investment fund. It shows the management mechanism of investment fund from four aspects, which are the development history, characteristics, organization structure and governmental regulation. Then it describes the operating mechanism from the set-up, raise, investment object, investment range, investment limitation, investment combination, investment decision, performance assessment and benefit distribution.
