Abstract

To establish tight financial accounting conceptual framework, it is essential to distinguish the objectives of financial statements from that of financial reporting and financial accounting. We should set up the objectives of financial statements with evaluating the accountability, and set up the objectives of financial reporting and financial accounting with usefulness of policy decisions. The objectives of financial statements may be defined as follows:it provides information about the financial position,operating results and cash flow for outsiders of an enterprise.
