Abstract
This review deals with the preparation of highly reactive titanium oxide photocatalysts at room temperature. The progresses in titanium oxide photocatalysts were summarized from three aspects: particle size minishing, visible-light sensitizing and photocatalytic reactivity enhancing. At last, the potential for the effective utilization of titanium oxide on normal life was prospected.
