Abstract
The third handisport of athletics world championship on July 21 - 28, 2002 was held in the France northern city Lille. This text is a summary of characteristics of current world championships and the good score of our delegation, analyses and studies the current world championships, the right development, the business of Chinese athletics world championship, the preparation for 2004 Athens Paralympic the Peking Paralympic Games of the 2008, club building of office.
