Abstract

The moral Confucius advocated was the striking characteristics of taking people as basis. He attached special importance to the relations among people, i.e. “human relations”, and therefore advanced the moral principles and standards such as “love people”, “love kindred”, “loyalty and consideration”, “comity” and “good faith” with “benevolence” as the core. His thought of human relations is of importance and exploiting significance in the harmonious and sound development of handling correctly the relations among people in the condition of socialist market-oriented economy.
