Abstract
The genetic effect of D2 cytoplasm of Ae.crassa(6X),Ae.Juvenalis and Ae.vavilolii on the agronomic characters of 3 alien-cytoplasm wheats were studied.3 D2 type cytoplasm wheat mate male sterile lines were crossed with 6 common wheat lines respectively to check its effect on fertility, growth vigor and main agronomic trait. The agronomic characters were investigated. The result indicated that there were significant differences among D2 type cytoplasm on fertility, especially Ae.Juveniles cytoplasm was valuable for the hybrid wheats production and there were no significant difference among D2 type cytoplasm on almost all agronomic characters. The D2 type cytoplasm might have better resistance to powdery mildew and improve wheat quality.
