Communication Skills Training in Medical Education

Communication skills are widely taught in US medical schools,but such teaching is in its infancy in China.So importance should be paid to the communication skills education in medical college students' curriculum.There should be an integration of communication skills,including effective teaching methods,assessments,and examinations in communication skills teaching in order to bring significant improvements in residents' performance.Communication Skills Training can improve patients' satisfaction and reduce the undesirable events and complaints during doctor-patient interactions.
