Abstract
Objective: A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the related substances and degradation substances of cytidine disodium triphosphate Methods: the ODS colume(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used as stationary to elute phosphate buffer-acetonitrile was used as the mobile phase. The flowing rate was 1.0mL·min~(-1), detective wavelength was 254nm. Result: Chief peak and every impurity peak were seprated well. The theoretical plates number of cytidine disodium triphosphate was not below 3000. Conclusion: The method was proved to be sensitive and accurate, It's quite suitable to be used in the analysis of related substances of cytidine disodium triphosphate.
