Abstract

Because of the fast development of the industry and agriculture,runoff of the Weihe River becomes fewer,the water pollution of the Weihe River become more seriously,the river course gets silted up and flood takes place sometimes.So,the life of inhabitants who live by the riverside in the lower(reaches) of the river are affected seriously.In order to reduce flood disaster and pollution,we must keep surface flow of the Weihe River stable all the year round.
