Abstract

In promoting the overall regional cooperation of the Pan-Beibu Bay,Guangxi plays a vital role in the new-round strategic regional layout of the western development in China.According to the state policy of national integrated supporting reform pilot area,it can construct the new area of Beibu Gulf,and explore its operating mechanism,which is the current strategic choice of Guangxi's opening and developing.
