Abstract

In this paper,the promotion function of scientific research on teaching in colleges and universities has been discussed.It is emphasized that teaching and scientific research can not be separated in the university.On the one hand,teaching is the driving force for teachers engaged in scientific research,on the other hand,the scientific research is the key to improve the quality of teaching,and also provides an effective guarantee for teachers engaged in teaching.The comprehensive and high level scientific research makes best for active recessive university cultural construction that is full of creativity,which make it possible to cultivate the talents with creative spirit and practical ability.
