The Work of Students' Affairs in New Universities and Colleges: Some Thoughts

Abstract

Based on the current situation of new colleges and universities,the author comes up with such thoughts in the work of students' affairs as one central task,two combinations,three proximities,four transformations and five skills.This train of thought has created favorable conditions to improve the effect of this work and enhance students' comprehensive qualities.
