Abstract
In order to meet the demand of harmonic current detection and compensation of active power filter(APF) in power system of oil production platform, the harmonic current detection method based on the instantaneous reactive power theory was proposed and analyzed. The simulation and experiment show that this detection method not only has fast dynamic response speed, but also has very good accuracy. For the compensation control strategy of APF,a mathematical model of the three-phase three-wire parallel APF was built and then the basic PWM control principles of the space voltage vector were studied. The simulation and prototype experimental results show that the space voltage vector PWM control strategy has the best compensation effect.
