Abstract

【Objective】To investigate the therapeutic effects of regional arterial infusion on severe acute pancreatitis. 【Methods】10 cases of severe acute pancreatitis treated by regional arterial infusion were analyzed retrospectively. 【Result】White blood cell counting and amylase of blood and urine were decreased and abdominal pain was relieved within 3 days followed by the regional arterial infusion in patients. The patients were averaged hospitalized for 14,3 days. 【Conclusion】Regional arterial infusion is an effective and safe treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
