Abstract

The paper introduces the facing challenges of traditional public opinion analysis method,discusses the public opinion analysis system based on computer science and network technique,and its application in public opinion analysis service practice,points out the noted problems of carrying out public opinion analysis service in related agencies in China,including:improving the leadership emphasis,strengthening personnel construction,actively promoting collecting,monitoring,analyzing and utilizing work on network public opinion.
