Abstract
In this paper, the quercetin was extracted by using ultrasonic in several plants of Pinaceae Lindl and Cupressaceae Bartling, the content of which was determined respectively by HPLC.Chromatographic conditions are as follows:C18 colum(250×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.4% phocphroric acid of 40:60 as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength as 360 nm,the flow rate as 1.0 ml/min.The experimental results show that the plant of Pinaceae Lindl and Cupressaceae Bartling contain a certain amount of quercetin, which is about 2~5 times more than that of Cupressaceae Bartling, and that the content of quercetin is varied with the different genera. These will provide a new theoretical and reference basis for the development of medicinal plants and the study of genera identification for the plant of Pinaceae Lindl and Cupressaceae Bartling.
