Abstract
An experiment was carried out to investigate effects of an initial moisture content, bulking amendment and aeration on moisture removal rate. The results suggested that same fermentation temperature and rate of removal moisture were achieved with initial both 60% and 70% moisture contents. In addition, bulking amendment with sawdust or rice straw plus aeration exhibited an increase of a rate of removal moisture.
