PREPARATION OF RAW OPAQUE GLAZE OF GLAZED TILE USING SUANITE

Abstract

The raw opaque glaze of glazed tile using suanite was manufactured in SiO 2-Al 2O 3-B 2O 3-K 2O system.It was pointed out the most suitable parameter of production and the glaze properties.At the same time ,effects of compositions on properties of the glaze were analyzed .If it take place of boracic fritted glaze,the raw opaque glaze have advantages of high glaze properties,low production cost and simple technological process.
