The four cities along the Yangtze River have peculiar locations,which provides favorable conditions for regional economic coordinate development.Only effectively eliminating the system and market which impedes the coordinate development,fostering new concepts for the development,taking the measures of propelling complementary development,organizing industry group,speeding up market reform and promoting regional cooperation,can they play the leading role in the development eastward in Anhui.
