Abstract

Villager's governance system is a great development in the construction of rural grass-roots democratic system in new stage, it is also the hope project of Chinese democratic improvement. The establishment of the village idea of legal person is a greater development in the process of Chinese constitutional government system. This article sets forth the necessity of the development of villager's governance and the establishment of the village idea of legal person, analyses the concept, features and structure model of village legal person, puts forward the significance of the establishment of the idea to the innovation of Chinese constitutional government system.
