Application of Logging-while-drilling (LWD) Technology in Horizontal Well Drilling of Jiangsu Oilfield

Jiangsu oilfield has entered into the mid-later periods of development,it was difficult for oilfield developmont,stable production difficulty is greater,using horizontal well to enhance oil recovery has become an indispensable measure in oilfield production,but the complexity of the ground,underground geological conditions also seriously restricted the application of horizontal wells.In recent years,with the development of horizontal well drilling,LWD was fully used operation,fine reservoir contrast was performed to determine the lithologic interface and reservoir structures for accurately determining the position of target zones of horizontal well drilling,guiding the operation of horizontal segment and drilling geological design of horizontal drilling,ensure the realization of horizontal well drilling.
