Abstract

In recent years,the venture capital,which develops very rapidly in China,plays an important role in accelerating the development of China's high and new technology industries,promoting the industrial adjustment,and optimizing capital allocation,etc.This paper introduces the general situation of the venture capital and the current development of the venture capital in China,analyzes some problems existing in the venture capital in China,and puts forward some development countermeasures.
