Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the trehalose protection of luciferase at freeze-thawing,refrigeration and room temperature. The result indicated that, trehalose had the obvious protective function to the enzyme activity of luciferase, especially at freeze-thawing.After 3 times of freeze-thawing,the remained enzyme activity of trehalose group was 51.8%, the remained enzyme activity of non-trehalose group was 19.1% and trehalose group was 2.71 times as large as non-trehalose group. The best activity concentration on trehalose was 0.1 mol/L.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
