Abstract

Combining with the shotcrete lining design of Carmel tunnel in Israel, application of the steel fibre concrete in shotcrete lining tunnel is introduced, the tunnel shotcrete construction technology in Europe is set forth from such aspects as matching ratio design, characteristic research, construction technology and quality control, test standard and construction matters needing attention, etc. of steel fibre concrete, as well as good result is obtained in the practice. This paper provides some reference for the design and construction of similar tunnels.
