Abstract
It discusses the residential design from many aspects,including residential style design,ecological and continuous development resident,application of new skill,new material and intelligentization as well as residential decoration.It also brings forward some problems which should be noticed during community construction,and points out the residential design should stand from human's point,so as to create a high quality residence which suits people's real needs.
