Abstract
In order to select and design parameters of power source system, based on experimental data,a method which uses the theory of curved surface fitting method and two dimension interpolation to make isogams in hydraulic pump was applied.Through a study in characteristic curve of the engine and hydraulic pump, the matching efficiencies between engine and fixed and hydraulic variable displacement pump were analyzed respectively. The mathematical models and efficiency map of engine and hydraulic pump and accumulator were set up together considering the efficiency of accumulator. The economy was evaluated via efficiency of the engine-pump system and the operation range was gained in order to achieve optimal economy and high efficient matching between engine and fixed and variable displacement pump.
