Abstract
Currently, the talent competition is getting aboil. The request to talents also becomes higher and higher. Thus talent's comprehensive quality has turned into the determinant factor in talents competition. Under the situation, strengthening the students' arts quality is an important measure in colleges and universities. Because music education has some special functions of aesthetic education, intellectual education and moral education and so on, it is of great importance to arts quality education.
