Abstract
In order to provide the scientific basis for evaluation and utilization of soybean germplasm, the fatty acid of 172 soybean varieties bred in northeast were determined by gas chromatography and their correlation analysis was performed. The results showed that the distribution trends of palmitic acid and oleic acid was Heilongjiang Jilin Liaoning, that of stearic acid and linoleic acid was LiaoningJilinHeilongjiang, and that of Linolenic acid was JilinLiaoning Heilongjiang. In this study,10 varieties with linoleic acid content higher than 57.62%,10 varieties with linolenic acid lower than 6.62%and 20 varieties with oleic acid higher than 29.43%were selected.
