Clinic evaluation of ultrasound guided piercing sclerosing therapy of visceral cysts

Abstract
Objective To estimate the effective rate and safety of therapy that celiac cysts were injected with sclerosis drugs as absolute alcohol guided by ultrasound.Methods Under guiding by ultrasound,601 celiac cysts of 579 patients were injected with absolute alcohol.Results During 743 centesis of 601 cysts,735 were successful made with one time and it's sueecssful rate was 98.9%.Others with two times.557 cysts were cured,and 44 were seemed remarkably effect.The effective rate was 100%(601/601)and the curing rate was 92.67%(557/601).Conclusion Which cysts were injected with sclerotherapy guided by ultrasound is safe and effective,and may replace operating treatment.It has become the first therapy of treating cysts.
