Abstract

Experts all over the world pay more attention about the industrial cluster.But with recession turn up in some industrial cluster,the risk of cluster and the life cycle of cluster are taken into account.This paper establish a series index which can describe the feature of the phase of industrial cluster life cycle.This is useful for the sustainable development of industrial cluster.
