Abstract

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect between vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) and traditional dressing in large effect of tissue defects. Methods: 30 patients of large skin and soft tissue defects or skin avulsion injury, Patients were randomly divided into two VSD group (15 cases) and control group (15 cases) ,VSD group were treated with continuous negative pressure drainage ,5-7 days after the removal of dressings and skin grafting line two patients. Control group (15 cases) with conventional dressing technology, conventional debridement, the periodic dressing, wound granulation tissue to be good, the application of methods of skin grafting or local flap to cover the exposed wound,Comparing the two groups observed the wound clean and hospital stay, efficacy evaluation of prognosis. Results: VSD group wound cleaning time (8. 0 ± 1. 94 days) ,hospital stay (19. 7 ± 8. 75 days) ,compared with traditional dressing a short time, results were satisfactory. Conclusions: VSD in the treatment of large area of skin and soft tissue defect and degloving injury effect is obvious.
