Analysis of twenty-five case with a late gestational age of antenatal mortality

Objective To elevate the antenatal diagnostic of intrauterine fetal death,and decrease the antenatal mortality.Methods twenty-five stillbirth case were studied,To evaluate deaths according to the Tlwele Table,which the WHO advacted.Results The cause of death was classied as follow: the cause of umbilical cord was in 32%(8),the cause of fetal was in 24%(6),the cause of pregnacy and unexplained was in 16%(4),only 12%(3) of the case was placent.Conclusion the main cause of intrauterine fetal death are umbilical cord and fetal.therefore,the pregnancy should number fetal action to monitor the situation of fetal.addition to,in order to decrease mortality of intrauterine fetal deaths in Beijing,we should pay attention to the pregnancy who come from other provinces.
