Abstract
Objective AIM To investigate the clinical effectives of acute renal allograft rejection after doses regimen of daclizumab. Methods 380 cases of renal recipients were divided into induction group of daclizumab regimen(n=232) and control group(n=148),treating by ciclosporin, mycophenolate mofetil and prednisone as usual.Acute rejection rate, time, intensity and treatment status of these renal transplantation recipients were analyzed. Results The rejection rate post-transplantation 1 month and 6 months was 3.9%(9/232)and 21.1%(44/232)respectively in induction group of daclizumab regimen, and their average duration was(65±s28) days postoperative,in contrast, the rejection rate in control group was 10.1%(15/148)and 31.7%(respectively,and the average duration was(19±8) days postoperative, there was statistically difference(P0.05).The increasing concentration of serum BUN and SCr in induction group of daclizumab regimen was lower than control group, and the pathologic change was mainly borderline feature, which having statistically difference(P0.05),and the rejection could be more easily conversed by high-dose corticosteroid therapy. Conclusion By 2 doses regimen of daclizumab, the acute rejection rate of renal recipients could be reduced prominently, and the first onset of acute rejection be postponed, the intensity of it extenuated, the treatment efficacy of it be increased.
