Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in the economic development of various countries,but various kinds of questions in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially financing's difficult is the bottleneck restraining development of small and medium-sized enterprises even more.This paper analyses the reason financing's difficult of small and medium-sized enterprises and proposes the countermeasure of the problem,it is significant to one's own development of small and medium-sized enterprises and economic development of our country.
