On Three Local Legislation Forms

Abstract
According to the Law of China′s legislation,the local legislation has three forms,namely,the local laws and regulations,the rules of local government and the regulations on the exercise of autonomy .This paper analyses the three rules and regulations,points out the existing problems in local legislation and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
