Abstract

To exploit a new embedded system it is often confronted with porting software from an old system to new one.In this paper,some questions on Linux operating system porting for a new embedded system whose hardcore consists of like MIPS32 4KCTM are analysed and discussed in detail.And the importance of software power consuming in embedded system will be especially emphasized .
