Abstract
There may be several different oil products in the running of sequential transportation pipeline.With the progress of oil in the pipeline,operational properties will change all the time along the pipeline due to different physical properties of those oil products in the line.When these branch pipelines work,they subtract some oil from the main pipeline or trickle some oil into the main pipeline.The flow velocity and mixed oil quantity in the main pipeline after branches will also change,compared with the pipelines without branches.Analyzing how the running of branch pipelines affects the inlet mixed oil quantity can provide the theoretical basis for sequential transportation scheme.
